Q: How do you screen your employees?


A: Minute Men Staffing will work with your company to design a screening program with any or all of the following features:
  • 5-panel or 10-panel drug screens with instantaneous results or laboratory protocol that can be administered on a pre-employment or random basis
  • Criminal background checks (County, State or National)
  • Past employment verification focusing on attendance, length of employment, work attitude, and performance rating

Q: What happens if I experience absenteeism and still need to continue production?


A: Minute Men Staffing job centers have available candidates on standby. If you need a few extra people for any reason, it is our mission to provide quality individuals within 30 minutes of your phone call. Our company-provided transportation service can drop off our workers simultaneously to facilitate a smooth check-in.

Q: What if I need people on the weekends or holidays?


A: Just let us know! We will open our job centers and arrange for your workers to arrive when you need them.

Q: When and how do you pay your employees?


A: Minute Men Staffing has the ability to pay employees daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or upon completion of assignment. We can also distribute payroll at our job centers or at your facility on scheduled pay dates.

Q: How does your invoicing work?


A: Minute Men Staffing charges an hourly rate for each employee that is assigned to your company. This rate includes the net pay for the employee, all applicable employer taxes such as Social Security and unemployment and workers' compensation coverage. An invoice will be mailed to your company on a weekly basis. You may choose from a variety of invoice formats.
